In order to improve digital literacy and raise literacy rate to 80%, one of the main tasks of the state program of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Digital Kazakhstan" dated December 12, 2017 to 3 directions of training (basic digital skills", "fundamentals of information security" and "open government") are free courses from 10 to 20 June 2019 on the basis of all schools in the district.
