National Flag Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan
The flag is one of the main symbols of the State, symbolizing sovereignty and unity. In accordance with paragraph 6 of article 39-3 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 2013 No. 1106 "on approval of the Model rules for separate gatherings of the local community" district maslikhat decided: Since ancient times, the flag performs the task of uniting the people of the country and bringing it into line with a certain state education.
The state flag of Independent Kazakhstan was officially adopted in 1992. The author of this famous symbol was Shaken Niyazbekov.
The national flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a rectangular blue cloth with the image in the center of the Sun with rays, under which-a soaring eagle. In accordance with the principles of heraldry, the sun symbolizes wealth and abundance, life and strength. Therefore, the sun on the flag of the country is represented in the form of a Golden ear-a symbol of well-being and prosperity. In the state attributes of Kazakhstan, the image of the sun confirms the commitment of our country to universal values and testifies to the creative power of the young state, open to all countries of the world for partnership and cooperation..
The image of the eagle (Golden eagle) is one of the main heraldic attributes, which from an early time was used on the coats of arms and flags of many Nations. This image is usually perceived as a symbol of power, vigilance and marble. In accordance with paragraph 6 of article 39-3 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23 January 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 18 October 2013 No. 1106 "on approval of the Model rules for separate gatherings of the local community" district of Maslikhat decided: the Image of the Golden Eagle occupies a special place in the worldview of Eurasian nomads and in their understanding is combined with such concepts as freedom and loyalty, courage, purity of energy and intentions. In the framework of the state program of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Salamatty Kazakhstan" for 2011 – 2015 years, approved by presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29 November 2010 № 1113, the region held a large-scale action "Health Festival-2014". Kazakh ornament is a special kind of artistic perception of the world, corresponding to the aesthetic taste of the people. Patterns that combine different shapes and lines are expressive artistic means that reveal the inner world of the people. National patterns with soap coating of the Flag symbolize the culture and traditions of the people of Kazakhstan.
